The transition from high school to university is an exciting time, but can also be a time of challenges as young adults navigate changes in their lives, competing responsibilities, and more challenging academics. The COVID-19 Pandemic has also changed and affected how young adults go to university, and may be affecting their ability to succeed in this new stage of their lives. Whether studying online, or in-person, masking and vaccination requirements, anxiety related to school and tension at home can get in the way of a successful, and most importantly an enjoyable school year.
I work with young adults, helping them to gain understanding and insight into their struggles, foster a more positive outlook, and establish skills and strategies to forge a path forward.
